It is a cosmetic, low-acid exfoliating treatment formulated for use around the eye area (not in the eye) to address the visible appearance of fine texture and dullness in suitable individuals.
Recovery timelines vary between individuals.
In some cases, the Pro Power Eye Peel may be incorporated into a broader eye or facial plan, such as LED or hydrating facials, with timing adjusted to support skin comfort and safety. Your practitioner will advise if combining treatments is appropriate for you.
Depending on skin sensitivity, overall treatment plan and practitioner advice, some people may have this peel approximately every 4–8 weeks. Frequency is individualised and may be modified over time.
Suitability during pregnancy or breastfeeding depends on the exact formulation and overall skin program. Your clinician will discuss options and may recommend deferring certain peels or seeking advice from your GP or obstetric provider before proceeding.
Aftercare typically includes:
Avoiding rubbing or pressing on the eye area
Using gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser as directed
Avoiding other exfoliants or strong actives on or near the treated area for a period recommended by your practitioner
Applying broad-spectrum SPF 50+ to surrounding skin each day and reducing sun exposure
You will receive written instructions specific to your treatment.
This treatment is generally not recommended for people with:
Active eczema, dermatitis, infection or significant irritation around the eyes
Recent eye or eyelid surgery, recent laser around the eye, or unresolved ophthalmic issues
Suitability is confirmed individually, and your practitioner may recommend no treatment or referral to another health professional where appropriate.
